This hotel offers clean rooms that are nicely laid out and a good size. The staff on Wednesday was helpful and top-notch. The buffet breakfast, especially with the 2-for-1 coupon and refills, is a highlight. The hotel is conveniently located near the river walk and other attractions, with restaurants nearby. The downtown Reno district is definitely worth exploring. I enjoy staying here whenever I'm in Reno.

Well-maintained rooms for the extra sofa bed and good service. Excellent swimming pool and perfect and magnificent location not far from several other casinos and nearby restaurants. Also, in tournament at Grand Sierra Resort.

Great value for the room, which was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed like coffee, a comfy king-size bed, and a fresh carpet. 😊

Room was good, large and with fridge
Waiting time at check very long. Long way from the parking garage to the room. The surroundings of the hotel are not very beautiful.

Very big hotel with casino, great view, everything in the immediate vicinity (souvenirs in the hotel, small shop on the other side), good breakfast in one of the restaurants for $10, staff downstairs and in the restaurant were very nice and tried to respond to our questions and wishes
Unpleasant odour because of smoking areas

Low price. The hotel is centrally located. Good equipment. As in all cities in Nevada there was of course also a casino in the hotel.
